The Holy Land Journey        with Jeff & Taylor Walling

Come walk where Jesus walked!

This amazing 11 day trip departs from JFK airport in New York, on Dec 27th and returns on January 6th. We will fly to the beautiful new Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv and over night there on the Mediterranean coast.  The next day we  travel to Tiberias, near the Sea of Galilee. Our tour begins in this region of northern Israel where we will visit Nazareth, where Jesus grew up, and Mount Carmel, where Elijah challenged Ahab. We'll stay overnight and take a boat trip on the same sea that Jesus calmed and Peter fished in. 

After two days of touring we will head to the Jordan River area where Jesus was baptized and see sights that date back to King Saul! We'll stay by the Dead Sea and then head to Jerusalem where we will spend four days walking in the footsteps of Jesus in Jerusalem! We'll see the Garden Tomb and even meet in the upper room where it all began in Acts 2. We'll get a chance to go to Bethlehem and see the place where Jesus was born. And there will be plenty of time to shop and explore this unique city.By the time we board the plane on the evening of the 10th day our hearts will be full of memories that will last a lifetime.

 

We will be accompanied by a trained and qualified local guide who knows the history and background of the Christian sites we will visit. In addition, Taylor and I are planning devotionals and worship times for each day that will enhance our experience. Worshipping on these holy places will be a once-in-a-liftime experience!  We will also be joined for a portion of our journey by Joseph Shulam, author and Bible teacher and Hebrew history expert.
